Adding the KNC-HDi47B IP camera to an ExacqVision server, or resolving connectivity issues with the camera after an ExacqVision upgrade.

This article may still work on older versions of ExacqVision, but the camera is no longer receiving updates, and the version of ONVIF it uses is no longer compatible with the latest versions of ExacqVision.  The camera and mounting bracket will need to be replaced if compatibility with ExacqVision is still required.
As of 10/17/2023 the repalcement parts are as follows
KIT-2CAM-001:  Internal bracket/mounting kit for replacing a 68830 (KT&C HDi47) camera with an 820-00330 camera (not included) on a VOIP-200 or VOIP-220 Series Compact IP Call Station. Camera is NOT included.
820-00330: 2MP, H.264 IP camera for call stations. Inquire for compatibility.

For the KNC-HDI47B to work successfully with recent versions of the ExacqVision platform, the camera must be manually added as an RTSP device.

1.  On the Add IP Cameras Page of the ExacqVision configuration,  Click on the New button, if you are making changes to an existing camera select that camera.

2. Then open the drop down menu for Device Type, and select RTSP.

3. In the Hostname/IP Address field enter RTSP://<IPaddressofCamera>/stream0
In the example we are using the ip address of 192.168.1.123 and stream0.     rtsp://192.168.1.123/stream0
stream0 can also be stream1, stream2, or stream3 depending on format and resolution you wish to use.

4. Enter the username, password, and verify the password.  The default for both is admin.

5. Click on Apply.
