AOR-IP Command unit Extension import

AOR-IP Command Unit -- Importing Extensions

The AOR-IP Command units are shipped configured with the display name of the various call station extensions configured to Station 1 - Station 160 corresponding to extensions 1001 - 1160.  These can be manually changed or the changes to he names can be imported from en Excel spreadsheet

The Excel spreadsheet can be downloaded From the UCM6302, under Extension/Trunk>Extensions.

Click the More button, then Export.(Figure 1)

Click Ok to accept the default options. (Figure 2)

The file will be created and saved to your downloads folder.
To make changes to the spreadsheet,  open the file with Excel and edit the name of the extensions in the Last Name column (C). 

Once the edits are complete select the File menu, then Save As and change the file type to CSV (Comma Delimited) (*.csv). click save. (Figure 3)

Login to the AOR-IP Command unit.
Click on Extensions/Trunk to expand the menu, the click on Extensions. (Figure 4)

Click on More and then Import.
Change On Duplicate Extension to "Update Information". (Figure 5)

Select the file that was saved earlier, and click upload, and wait for the upload to complete.  Now click the Apply button.
