Clear VLAN settings on VOIP-500, VOIP-600, WEBS-CM2, WEBS-PA1, WEBS-PA2 when you can not access the web GUI

Requirements:
Serial connection to the VOIP-500 or VOIP-600
Power supply or POE switch

Procedure:
1.  Connect a straight-through serial cable (DB9 Male to DB9 Female) from the serial port on the phone to an available COM port on the PC, noting which port was utilized.
2.  Open your preferred serial console application (e.g., HyperTerminal or TeraTerm) on the PC and specify the following settings:
Communications Port: <Determined in Step 1>
Baud rate (bits per second): 115200
Data bits: 8
Parity: None
Stop bits: 1
Flow control: None
3.  Once connected, you will be presented with the following prompt:
  1. root:/>
4.  Enter resetVlan at the prompt, and press enter
  1. root:/>resetVlan
5.  Reboot the phone by removing power and then reconnecting.
