ETP-EL Blue Light flashes when not in a call
Issue:
ETP-EL Blue Light flashes when not in a call
Environment:
ETP Towers that have a Blue Light on/in them.
Resolution:
- Disconnect
the ORANGE/BLACK from the call station, if flashing stops, possible issue with
the call station.
- If the flashing continues, possible faulty controller on the
LED itself. Replace the ETP-EL Blue Light
Potential Cause:
- Faulty wiring
- Faulty controller board on the ETP-EL itself
