How do I activate the Blue Light (Flash) when the button is pushed? (ETP Analog Devices)

Assumptions:
The ETP-EL (Blue Light) is powered and connected to the BLACK/ORANGE wires from the ETP device which is Output #2.

On an ETP device, you perform the following programming steps:
  1. Dial into the device
  2. Dial the programming access code (Default is: *4**)
  3. Dial *56* - Sets Button #1 to activate Output #2
  4. Dial # to disconnect from the ETP device.
  5. Test by pushing button #1
