How do I change the Primary Number on an ETP-400



  1. Call the phone number for the line that the ETP-400 is attached to. Wait for the string of tones that is played when the ETP-400 answers the call.
  2. Enter *4** on the keypad of the phone you are calling from, and wait for a single tone in confirmation. If a double tone is heard or anything else besides a single tone, enter repeat the *4** until a single tone is heard.
  3. Enter *13*New Number you want it to dial*
