Adjusting the Microphone/Speaker on the ETP-110 Series Analog Call Station

Adjusting the Microphone/Speaker on the ETP-110 Series Analog Call Station

How do I adjust the microphone/speaker balance for the ETP-110 Series Analog Call Station?

Answer:

1.   Remove the ETP-110 Series Analog Call Station from it from its mounting enclosure.

2.  Remove the four (4) Phillips screws marked in red below.

3.  Carefully turn over the stacked circuit board assembly.  Please take proper caution not to overextended the connected cable harnesses.

4.   Adjust the potentiometer marked in red below.  A clockwise turn increases microphone sensitivity and decreases speaker volume; a counterclockwise turn decreases microphone sensitivity and increases speaker volume.

The entire volume range is approximately a 1/4 turn.  Please be careful when adjusting the volume by turning slowly.
