       I.          ADA Height Requirements

In order for a call station to comply with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), all operable parts (i.e. pushbuttons and keypad) must be no higher than 48.00” above the finished floor from a forward reach or 54.00” above the finished floor from a side reach.  Please note that the measurements outlined in this document are based on a figure of 47.50” to ensure ADA compliance.  These are based on the button layout of the ETP-500, ETP-520, VOIP-500, and VOIP-600 Series Call Stations
