Configure as follows
Call into the station
Dial *4** to access programming and, wait for a single beep in confirmation.
Dial *13*12345*, wait for a single beep in confirmation.
Dial *14*3*, wait for a single beep in confirmation.
Dial *40*0*, wait for a single beep in confirmation.
Dial *55*, wait for a single beep in confirmation.

Enter any other codes needed for relay or voice greeting.
